Position: Full-time Oenologist
Location: Chemin de Palud 2, 1166 Perroy

Your responsibilities
-
Implementation of traditional methods: reception of base wines, tasting, fining, preparation of starter cultures and yeasts, riddling and disgorging
-
Laboratory activities
-
Tasting and managing winemaking for third parties
-
Monitoring the traceability of sparkling wines and wines produced using traditional methods
-
Applying and monitoring HACCP standards
Your profile
-
Holder of a wine merchant's certificate (federal master's degree), ES or Bachelor's degree in oenology
-
Independent, proactive and organised
-
Good team player, meticulous and rigorous
-
Several years of experience in a similar position would be an advantage
